ABOUT ME
I am experienced in treating orthopedic and sports injuries for patients of all ages. In particular, I have experience treating high school, college and professional athletes. I am a Certified Manual Physical Therapist and I hold Dry Needling and Blood Flow Restriction Therapy certifications.
I grew up in the Washington, D.C area and played many sports which led to my passion for physical therapy. In addition to being on the swim team, I played soccer, basketball and lacrosse. While attending Dickinson College I played varsity soccer and worked as a student athletic trainer while earning my B.S. in Neuroscience. I attended The George Washington University to earn my Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2017.

How Can I Help?
I provide physical therapy care with sports performance in mind. My goal is to get you back to doing what you love, stronger, faster and better.

Certified Manual Physical Therapist
Manual therapy is a structured approach to hands on mobilization and manipulation of the muscles, bones and joints. I provide manual therapy through my certification from the North American Institute of Manual Therapy.

Trigger Point Dry Needling
Dry needling is a procedure where a fine acupuncture needle is inserted into the skin and muscle to restore blood flow and reduce muscular tension. It works as a reset for the muscle and can be combined with electrical stimulation for further benefits.

Blood Flow Restriction Therapy
Blood flow restriction therapy is achieved through a blood pressure cuff that mimics an anaerobic muscular environment. It allows you to get stronger quickly and maintain strength.
